We have devised a training program for employees in your company that ride to work.
One Day Training Program consists of...
A Bike Check to ensure your bicycle is ready for the road. We make small adjustments if necessary.
Basic skills training in an off road area with fun games.
Cycling on real roads where participants will interact with traffic as part of a group and as a lone cyclist under the guidance of one of our experienced instructors.
Route planning. This is an important part of what we do. This will make your journey less polluted, less noisy and less stressful. In short ...More Enjoyable

Weekday Group Training
Cycle training for up to 6 people. We will meet you at your workplace or another convenient location. £499 or £100 per person
Weekend Course
Cycle training for up to 8 people. We have added two extra places as the roads are less congested at the weekend. We will meet you at your workplace or another convenient location. £599 or £100 per person
Evening Course
Because we understand that releasing employees during the day may be difficult, the course can be done in the evening during the summer months. Courses are available from May 20th until August 20th. It begins at 5pm and finishes at 8pm. This course costs £499 for up to 6 people or £100 per employee
Tailor made Courses and Team Building days
We will meet your individual needs. You may have a small workforce or a massive one. Together we can work out a package that suits the size of your company.
Individual Training
One to one training including a route plan from your home to the workplace. This usually takes up to 2 hours Costs £99.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains?
If it is raining heavily then we will postpone the course and reschedule it for another day within the following two weeks. Light rain or drizzle should not be a problem. However, we always check the forecast three days before the booking and together we will make a decision as to whether the training can take place.
Are the instructors insured?
All our instructors are insured to carry out the training we provide.
Do your Instructors have First Aid qualifications?
Yes our instructors regularly have first aid training. Although we very rarely use it.
If we change our mind after we have paid, can we get our money back?
If you cancel more than 7 days before the training date you will get 100% of your money back
If you cancel within 7 days you will receive 50% of your payment back. However if you cancel within 72 hours you won't receive any money back.
Are courses available on Weekends?
We are available to conduct courses 7 days a week.
